Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Goods are shipped worldwide.

Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties and import VAT will be charged upon import. These costs are borne by the buyer when importing the goods into the respective country outside the EU.

Shipping Costs (incl. statutory VAT)

We do not charge shipping costs.

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 3 - 5 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

The delivery time for custom-made items (Made-to-Order or Custom Made) is 4 - 6 weeks.

My return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, I unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

A return label is included with every product. Please attach the return label to the package. Returns are free for you within the 30-day period.
