Alteration service

While sustainability starts with the product, it ends with logistics. To avoid further transportation/returns, I will cover a large portion of your alteration costs!

Free returns for my clothing are a given for me, and I am also convinced that you, as a customer, should not have to pay for them (you are not charged in a store for a return). It's simply good practice.

However, I also know that you wear my clothing out of conviction and not just for a single occasion. With proper care, my clothing lasts a very long time, so it's even more important that it fits. I would be thrilled if I could reduce my return rate. Not because I would make more money, but rather because it's simply more sustainable not to constantly send clothing across the country via DHL and Co.

That's why I offer my alteration service. Within the first 180 days, you have the opportunity to take the clothing you purchased from my shop to an tailor of your choice and have it adjusted to fit you. This service is a one-time benefit within the first 6 months after purchasing the clothing.
